Last day of Mission's conference... = AMAZING!!

WOW!! Today's service was AMAZING! I've had many times where I think that I had just heard the best sermon! But I have to say that this whole conference has been so good for me!! I think that the only negative thing that I can think of about the whole conference is. I can't decide which service was the "best" one!! :) It was SO neat to see how God worked all of the sermons together! Each preacher's message went right with the next one.

This morning was such a great service. Two missionaries presented their work. There were some specials and Crown of Life sang "All about Jesus". Then Brother Adam Thompson preached. His message spoke to my heart about so much. I was praising God for his love for the young people of this generation. For pouring out his heart to us and for being honest enough to share with all of us what God has been showing him. It was a well needed message to the young people, challenging them about really being a "man" or "woman" for Christ. Asking how in the world parents think that their kids will be able to make it out in the world as Christian adults if they can't even trust them enough to me "man" enough in their Christian circles of life?! It was such a good challenge for me too. Just to go out and make a difference to all who I come in contact with. That's been my heart and prayer the past few years. God showed me that if I wasn't willing to give up "my desires" in leaving NY and fully trusting Him in this new journey of life. How in the world do I think that I would be able to be used on the foreign mission field?! God made it very clear that through this "chapter" of our life, He IS going to do wonderful things. I just have to continue trusting HIM completely in every area!! (which is what we all should do anyways)!

God challenged my heart to go out and make a difference, having compassion on others this week. No matter where I may be, my prayer is that I will be a good testimony to the lost and dying world around me. I want to be good example for those who are around me and part of my life!

God showed His love to me in many ways as we were saying good-bye to many people after the service was over. SO many people came up to me and told me that they loved us and are praying for us. Where else in the world are you going to have such a loving, compassionate church family who truly DOES love you? :) I know that what they say they really mean too! I'm praising God for all of the love and support that our church family has shown us!! We love you all so much!! <3

Have a great week serving the Lord!! Don't forget Jude 22 ..."and of some have compassion, making a difference"... :)

God bless!
